Title FF&E Project Administrator / Assistant
Description Benjamin West in London is looking to recruit an FF&E Project Administrator. BWL is the fast-expanding International office of Benjamin West, a Colorado-based FF&E purchasing company focused exclusively on the hotel & leisure industry.

You will need to demonstrate intelligence, enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills and a desire to learn.

Every assistance and specific training will be provided to enable your integration into the field of hotel FF&E purchasing. You will also become fully trained in using our custom software package in order to organise each project.

The role will be focused around assisting our teams who are sourcing, negotiating, purchasing and assisting in the arrangements for delivery of FF&E, both for major new-building and refurbishment projects. Our work is with some of the leading hotel brands in the world and the London office is currently working on projects in the UK, Europe, the Caribbean and Middle East.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Well organised and thorough.
Good writing and communication skills.
Good people management and confident on the telephone.
Numerate.
Resourceful and self-sufficient.
Confident and enthusiastic.

Experience:
1-3 years working in a commercial environment.

Salary:
£24-£27k depending on experience. There will also be an annual bonus available.
