Benjamin West in London is seeking to employ an Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Project Manager. BWL is the fast-expanding International office of Benjamin West, a Colorado-based FF&E purchasing company focused exclusively on the hotel & leisure industry.
Ideally you will have experience in co-ordinating projects involving numerous suppliers, but equally you might be working as an FF&E designer or project manager and wish to move an alternative direction.
You will need to demonstrate intelligence, enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills and a desire to learn.
Every assistance and specific training will be provided to enable your integration into the field of hotel FF&E purchasing. You will also become fully trained in using our custom software package in order to organise each project.
The role will be focused around sourcing, negotiating, purchasing and assisting in the arrangements for delivery of FF&E, both for major new-building and refurbishment projects. Our work is with some of the leading hotel brands in the world and the London office is currently working on projects in the UK, Europe, the Caribbean and Middle East.
Some short-term international travel may be necessary.

Numerate.
Resourceful and self-sufficient.
Confident and enthusiastic.
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
Experience of project management processes.
Experience in areas such as design, architecture or the hotel industry.
Second language (European, Middle or Far Eastern).
Experience:
At least 4+ years working in a commercial environment
Salary:
The salary will be very dependent on experience and we anticipate the Project Manager role will pay £30-£35k per annum. There is also a company bonus scheme.
