Designers
Growing architecture and interior design firm with offices in coastal Atlantic City, NJ and New York City, seeks the following designers with experience in all aspects of hospitality and entertainment design on a large scale basis:
Mid to Senior Level Interior Designers
Responsibilites include:
Develop design direction for each project with the Design Director
Develop presentation boards (material boards, renderings, elevations, etc.)
Coordinate finish material for presentation to clients
Assist with client presentations
Develop FF&E budgets for projects
Work with Design Director to meet project timelines in accordance with project budgets
Develop and plan furniture layouts, reflective ceilings and wall elevations/details for CAD production
Assist with CAD production (AutoCAD 2007)
Redline all construction documents and specifications before documents are released for bidding and construction
Assist in oversight of all installation of FF&E and design during construction
Develop final punchlist
Train and mentor junior staff members
Requirements:
minimum 5 years experience, preferably on hospitality/commercial projects
large scale project experience a plus
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
hospitality and commercial experience preferred
strong design skills required
hand rendering skills a plus
ability to present portfolio upon request
periodic travel required
