Hotels: Generation Repositions Memphis Hotel

The Generation Companies LLC (Generation), a Research Triangle Park-based real estate developer, asset manager and operator of extended stay hotels recently acquired the Hawthorn Suites of Ridgeway Center Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee, and repositioned the hotel as a Staybridge Suites. The property will undergo a $1.5 million renovation with plans for completion by spring 2006.
