"We wanted to help the designers create something that reflected what had gone before at the London restaurant but stood on its own merit and translated Fifteen's original urban look into something that was more relevant to a coastal location, the end result exploits the contrast behind fine dining and beach cafe" comments Andrew Ford.

Statement making pieces of furniture include the AVL dining chair and bar stool from Moooi designed by Joep van Lieshout, Baba Papa chairs from HB Design for the private dining area and table bases from Johanson combined with bespoke Corian tops.
