This season, the design team at Sanderson have created a classic collection that has been heavily influenced by Sanderson’s heritage and extensive archive. With a subtle move back towards Sanderson’s signature look, the Pemberley collection demonstrates a fusion of smart, modern weaves and striking floral prints and wallpapers. Pemberley has been influenced by the trend for vintage and documentary style designs that have been given a contemporary twist by use of colour, scale and texture.

‘In order to give this archive based collection a fresh, timeless appeal, we have worked hard to update the colour combinations. The black and cerise colourways of ‘Pillemont Toile’ have a contemporary edge, whilst the midnight blue colourway of ‘Peony Tree’ makes a dramatic modern statement. Following the success of recent colour stories, we have included the ever popular duck egg as well as various shades of green, from apple to vibrant limes into this collection. Purples, corals and yellows have been used to accent the more classic stories’
Rebecca Craig, Head of Design, Sanderson
The Pemberley collection evokes thoughts of timeless elegance and classic style, the qualities of which can be attributed to the highly skilled craftsmanship in artwork, printing and weaving in the Sanderson studio. The Sanderson brand is known and loved for its quintessential English appeal, and the Pemberley collection has captured this in a move that is typically innovative and inspired.
