Fabric Design: Sanderson Spring 2007 Collection

ELLINGTON | LIFFEY

Sanderson is delighted to introduce two out of the three new collections for Spring 2007; Ellington and Liffey Weaves.

Sanderson presents Ellington and Liffey Weaves; Ellington, a beautiful and traditional collection of woven damasks and coordinating plains, and Liffey, an extensive selection of classic, durable plains that complement any interior; contemporary or traditional.

Ellington Weaves
Ellington Weaves is a versatile collection of traditional, woven satin warp damasks and sateen weft plains that are suitable for both upholstery and accessories.

The two designs can be used individually or to complement one another to beautiful effect.

Ellington Damask is based on an archive leaf design from the 1930’s, which has been updated with a graphic, wood-block style popularised by Raoul Dufy, and is available in ten bold and contrasting colourways.

Ellington Plain is a beautiful satin which matches the grounds of the damask, and is available in nine colourways, which range from neutral taupe, ivory and chocolate through to richer hues of red, green, blue and gold.

Liffey
Liffey is an adaptable new addition to Sanderson’s plains. This medium weight, textural weave is a linen and viscose mix, which together create a hardwearing fabric with the look of natural linen. It is available in thirty four colourways that perfectly complement Sanderson’s latest print collections and is suitable for both upholstery and curtains.
