The new hotel group is a part of Landmark's aggressive expansion program in high-growth areas of the UAE, and also reflects Ajman's growing prominence as a leisure and business destination in the Middle East.

With 107 suites featuring first-class amenities and private balconies with stunning views of the ocean, the Landmark Suites also offers a health club equipped with a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and Ayurvedic massage center. The hotel also offers guests 24-hour dining restaurants that serve choices of continental, oriental, Indian and Chinese cuisine.

Other hotel amenities include 24-hour room service and security, business center, conference facilities, Internet facilities, car rental, travel desk and shuttle services to shopping districts in Dubai and Sharjah.

The hotel is the sixth under Landmark Group of Hotels management, as the company also has three hotels in Dubai, and one each in Bahrain and Afghanistan. In addition to the six existing hotels, Landmark is in the process of developing 10 hotels during the next two years in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Fujairah.
