The team at iCON Interior Contracts Ltd have secured the contract to refurbish the Holiday Inn at Newport, Gwent. The refurbishment will consist of eighty -one bedrooms over two phases. Work will commence in January and will be completed in three phases. The client, QN Hotels Group owns four other properties in Newport, Wrexham, Aylesbury and Sandy.
Following the new Holiday Inn brand standard, the room concepts will follow the new design brief adapted by ADS based on the new generation concepts for the Intercontinental Hotel Group. The scheme incorporates dressing, working and relaxation areas.
After iCons successful delivery of the Holiday Inn Birmingham City bedroom refurbishment, press releases showing the completed project have secured iCON a number of prestigious new build and refurbishment projects.
