February 13, 2008 the Hotel had a ribbon cutting ceremony, accompanied by Nick Rhinehart Lakeville Partners, LLC. Representative, the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, Mayor of Winter Haven, Nate Birdsong and several chamber members as well as the Hotel management staff.

All were very impressed with the openness and retro design of the lobby/restaurant and the spacious guest rooms. Chamber member Jennie Maretti said what a great addition to the Winter Haven community. This is a must see!

The grand opening ceremony, April 24th will include a Chamber of Commerce Business-After Hours reception, catered by Outback Steak House. Hours: 5:30 to 7 p.m.
