The awards dinner and ceremony were held at The Holiday Inn Coventry - South, where 10 awards were presented to employees in recognition of outstanding contribution in 2007.

Awards were given for Chef of the Year, Excellence in Revenue Generation, Excellence Behind the Scenes, Contract Cleaning Team of the Year, Excellence in Food & Beverage, Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Sales, Excellence in Housekeeping, Hotel of the Year and a Chairman’s Award.
