Large glass doors in each suite open onto a private pool and sundeck providing the uttermost in comfort and relaxation. Measuring a super 7m x 2.5m, the new pools offer guests far more than a mere dip and are perfect for cooling down from the hot Cypriot sun. Each pool can be transformed into a soothing jacuzzi with the use of gentle water jets and can be set at a temperature that suits. Surrounded by lush green gardens each terrace features plenty of space for sunbathing and a beautiful shaded veranda ideal for quiet late morning breakfasts and light snacks.
The new Junior Suites at Amathus Paphos, (a member of The Leading Hotels of the World) are part of a larger refurbishment undertaken by the hotel. 2008 sees the addition of Luna Rosa, a stylish new restaurant that draws on starry Cypriot nights as inspiration; it is the perfect setting for a romantic meal or to relax with family and friends. Luna Rosa joins three other gourmet restaurants at Amathus Paphos. Asiachi, the new pan-Asian restaurant which opened in 2007 is proving a huge success, not only with hotel guests but also within the local community. 2007 also saw the addition of a new bar, indoor swimming pool and total redecoration of all 273 rooms.
“Here at Amathus Paphos we are continually working hard to exceed customer expectations at every level and are truly proud of all we have accomplished. The hotels’ prime location, exquisite décor and furnishings, excellent service and hospitality combine to offer an idyllic retreat.” Achilleas Dorotheou, Chief Executive Officer, Amathus Hotels.
