Microtel Inn & Suites Breaks Ground in Manchester, Tennessee

A Microtel Inn & Suites hotel has broken ground at 201 Expressway Drive in Manchester, Tennessee, off I-24 at Exit 114. The hotel, the first new property to be built in the area since 2001, is owned by the Tennessee Hospitality Group, Inc. of Brentwood, Tennessee in partnership with the developer, CKSAN, Inc., and is expected to open in October of this year. It is located nearby to the Manchester/Coffee County Conference Center and the Bonnaroo Outdoor Festival Grounds, with the top-grossing festival in North America. Microtel is the Atlanta-based chain of all-new construction, interior corridor economy/limited service hotels.
