Raffles Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has installed 32 TileVision bathroom televisions. Raffles Dubai features 248 exquisite suites, each of which occupies at least 70 square metres and has a private balcony with panoramic views of the city. The hotel’s four Presidential Suites are each thematically designed to embrace the four elements of life - earth, wind, fire and water while the two stunning Royal Suites offer a sophisticated and luxurious home away from home, with one drawing inspiration from Asian design while the other features a Middle Eastern décor.
TileVision is available with either a 17” or 23” size screen, with black, silver or mirror toughened safety glass finishes. All models use high brightness LCD with a superb contrast ratio of 800:1. The ultra wide viewing angles ensure picture quality is maintained from an angle of up to a stunning 89 degrees in any direction.
Total compatibility is assured with a DVB-T / Analogue multi region integrated tuner and HDMI, S-VIDEO, SCART, COMPONENT AV inputs. TileVision is multi-room AV system compatible and can be fully integrated with interactive Hotel TV systems. Nicam stereo sound output is via two waterproof flush mounted speakers and with the user-programmable graphic equaliser, picture quality is matched only by the TileVision’s excellent sound quality. The full function, 30 button, waterproof remote control floats if dropped in the bath and comes with a see-through, plastic, wall mounted remote control holder to ensure it is always close to hand.
