The Radisson SAS goal is for the brand to be its own standard rating rather than seeking a star rating from external sources – understandable when a hotel of this quality would be a five star in some countries and a four in others. Branding replaces star ratings well if standards are even throughout the named brand – if all Radisson SAS hotels are to this standard, then booking over the web will be completely trustworthy. Certainly combining booking yourself and using a low cost carrier such as Ryan Air makes visiting Krakow simple and affordable...and like Prague, Krakow has history, architecture and as a student town will appeal to youthful visitors as well as the older culture-vulture.

The designer has created a beautifully crafted interior, and high quality workmanship and good detailing have supported the style. The operational aspects of the hotel have been thought through and integrated with the design intent so that they work with, not against or in competition with it. The relaxed formality of the staff is in harmony with the standards of the design, and both speak well of the teamwork Radisson have obviously establish under the leadership of Kurt Ritter, along with the Polish developer and building team.
